The neighbourhood at a glance
Greater Noida West runs along the Noida–Greater Noida Link Road and is made up of large gated townships rather than plotted colonies.
Connectivity
The Link Road connects to Noida Sector 71 and onwards to the Blue Line. The proposed Aqua Line extension will shorten commutes considerably once operational. FNG and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway make Faridabad and Ghaziabad easy weekend runs.
Daily life
Gaur City Mall, Grand Venice and a growing set of high streets cover shopping and dining. Several CBSE schools and multi-speciality hospitals now operate within the corridor.
Choosing a sector
Sectors closer to the Link Road trade a small premium for a shorter commute. Interior sectors are quieter and better value per square foot.
